This is why we are perceived as "professional and friendly." We aim to go that "extra mile" to ensure our products and service exceed both retailers and consumers expectations.

We provide reliability and continuity to retailers and strive to meet their requirements in a competitive market place. In fact, a lot of our existing customers have been dealing with us for almost 20 years.

We have regular "deals" to offer, backed up with free point of sale material to enable the independent retailer to compete with the major multiples in the high street for market share, particularly against multiples like Holland & Barrett.

Our customer care is outstanding and our dedicated customer service advisors pride themselves on being able to respond quickly to customer queries with a minimum amount of problems.

We support our products with a range of free services for retailers and consumers. These include consumer leaflets and a product information binder for retailers comprising of technical/background data on all the products we sell.

Technical support is offered by experienced, qualified staff via telephone and face to face by our qualified nutritionists.

Promotional material and merchandising is available free of charge by request to support the Lanna Pharmaceuticals brand "in store." These include attractive window posters (full color glossy A3 posters linked with promotions), display boards, shelf talkers, dump bins, and display pots. Marketing support for local advertisements and personalized "point of sale" material can be supplied to help increase sales. Block merchandising Lanna Pharmaceuticals products with point of sale material enhances the product and increases sales.

We are proud of being able to hold all of our finished products "in stock" so that orders can be delivered within 7 days of placing them, which means retailers can rely on our outstanding service and won’t be letting their customers down.
